These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "Cook Timer" ("App") provided by crelve ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1. Application

These Terms apply to all relationships between us and users regarding the use of the App.

Article 2. Service Description

The App provides a multi-timer management tool for cooking. Users can create, manage, and run multiple timers simultaneously with customizable names, colors, and durations. The App also provides cooking presets, quick-start timers, and background notifications.

Article 3. Account Management

You are responsible for properly managing your account information. You may not transfer or lend your account information to any third party under any circumstances.

Article 4. Paid Services

Some features of the App are provided as paid services ("Premium").

  1. The fees for paid services shall be the amounts displayed in the App.
  2. Payment shall be made through the payment system of the Apple App Store.
  3. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  4. Refunds are subject to the Apple App Store's refund policies.

Article 5. Prohibited Activities

You shall not engage in any of the following activities when using the App:

  1. Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
  2. Activities related to criminal acts
  3. Activities that infringe on intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights or interests of us or third parties
  4. Activities that destroy or interfere with our servers or network functions
  5. Activities that may interfere with the operation of the App
  6. Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
  7. Collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
  8. Impersonating other users
  9. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
  10. Other activities we deem inappropriate

Article 6. Suspension of Service

We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the App without prior notice if we determine that any of the following circumstances exist:

  1. When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates to the computer system for the App
  2. When it becomes difficult to provide the App due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
  3. When computers or communication lines are stopped due to an accident
  4. When we otherwise determine it is difficult to provide the App

Article 7. Disclaimer

We do not expressly or impliedly warrant that the App is free from defects in fact or law (including but not limited to defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).

We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the App, except in cases of our intentional or gross negligence.

Important: The App provides timer functionality as a cooking aid only. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from overcooked, undercooked, or improperly prepared food. Timer accuracy depends on device conditions and may vary.

Article 8. Changes to Service Content

We may change, add, or discontinue the content of the App with prior notice to users, and users agree to this.

Article 9. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms without notice when we deem it necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted in the App.

Article 10. Handling of Personal Information

Personal information obtained through the use of the App shall be handled appropriately in accordance with our "Privacy Policy."

Article 11. Notices and Communications

Notices or communications between users and us shall be made by the method specified by us.

Article 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute regarding the App, the courts having jurisdiction over our head office location shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、crelve（以下「当社」）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「Cook Timer」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆様（以下「ユーザー」）には、本規約に同意いただいた上で、本アプリをご利用いただきます。

第1条（適用）

本規約は、ユーザーと当社との間の本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。

第2条（サービス内容）

本アプリは、料理用のマルチタイマー管理ツールを提供します。ユーザーは、料理名・色・時間をカスタマイズして複数のタイマーを同時に作成・管理・実行できます。また、料理プリセット、クイックスタートタイマー、バックグラウンド通知機能を提供します。

第3条（アカウント管理）

ユーザーは、自己の責任において、本アプリのアカウント情報を適切に管理するものとします。ユーザーは、いかなる場合にも、アカウント情報を第三者に譲渡または貸与することはできません。

第4条（有料サービス）

本アプリの一部機能は有料サービス（「プレミアム」）として提供されます。

  1. 有料サービスの料金は、本アプリ内に表示される金額とします。
  2. 決済は、Apple App Storeの決済システムを通じて行われます。
  3. サブスクリプションは、現在の期間の終了の少なくとも24時間前に解約手続きを行わない限り、自動的に更新されます。
  4. 返金については、Apple App Storeの返金ポリシーに従います。

第5条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

  1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
  2. 犯罪行為に関連する行為
  3. 当社または第三者の知的財産権、肖像権、プライバシー、名誉その他の権利または利益を侵害する行為
  4. 当社のサーバーまたはネットワークの機能を破壊したり、妨害したりする行為
  5. 本アプリの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為
  6. 不正アクセスをし、またはこれを試みる行為
  7. 他のユーザーに関する個人情報等を収集または蓄積する行為
  8. 他のユーザーに成りすます行為
  9. 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
  10. その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為

第6条（本アプリの提供の停止等）

当社は、以下のいずれかの事由があると判断した場合、ユーザーに事前に通知することなく本アプリの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができるものとします。

  1. 本アプリにかかるコンピュータシステムの保守点検または更新を行う場合
  2. 地震、落雷、火災、停電または天災などの不可抗力により、本アプリの提供が困難となった場合
  3. コンピュータまたは通信回線等が事故により停止した場合
  4. その他、当社が本アプリの提供が困難と判断した場合

第7条（免責事項）

当社は、本アプリに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定の目的への適合性、セキュリティなどに関する欠陥、エラーやバグ、権利侵害などを含みます。）がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しておりません。

当社は、本アプリに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について、当社の故意又は重過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。

重要: 本アプリは料理の補助としてタイマー機能を提供するものです。加熱不足、加熱過多、その他不適切な調理により生じた損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。タイマーの精度はデバイスの状態に依存し、異なる場合があります。

第8条（サービス内容の変更等）

当社は、ユーザーへの事前の告知をもって、本アプリの内容を変更、追加または廃止することがあり、ユーザーはこれを承諾するものとします。

第9条（利用規約の変更）

当社は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなく本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の利用規約は、本アプリに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

第10条（個人情報の取扱い）

本アプリの利用によって取得する個人情報については、当社「プライバシーポリシー」に従い適切に取り扱うものとします。

第11条（通知または連絡）

ユーザーと当社との間の通知または連絡は、当社の定める方法によって行うものとします。

第12条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当社の本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
